Training Governor Spring Workshop Seminar - BG

The role of the link governor for training is outlined in the EAS Getting to know your School: Link Governor Guidance document. The role is developing in line with aspects from the Welsh Governments Professional Learning Model (PLM). Governors are required to progressively build up their knowledge and skills needed to respond to the challenges of governance.

These Work Shop seminars embrace self-improving governance:
1. Reflective Practice
2. Coaching & mentoring
3. Effective Use of Data and Information
4. Effective Collaboration

The Annual Agenda for these sessions is published within the EAS Mandatory Governor Training & Strategic Development Programme Page 24.
