e-Safety and PREVENT
This event is designed to provide guidance, support and strategies for developing secure and embedded e-safety procedures and practice in accordance with the Welsh Government 360 degree safe guidelines.
This event will provide opportunities for:
• Sharing of strategy and policy development √
• Identification of an e-safety team including pupils, staff and members from community, secondary schools.
• Procedures to report e-safety concerns.
• Sharing use of acceptable user agreements for pupils and staff.
• Effective teaching and learning of e-safety/PREVENT and how it sits within an overarching PSE curriculum.
• Achieving the 360 award.
• Sharing of workshops to raise awareness in parents and 1:1 workshops offered to secure privacy settings.
