Heads of Science Professional Learning Programme
The EAS Heads of Science Professional Learning Programme is designed to support Heads of Science in their role in improving outcomes and standards of mathematics teaching through the use of the ETLF.
Modules will include the following areas

Expectation/Accountability and Well being
Are you a manager? leader? or coach?; Quality Assurance of a Science Department using the ETLF; Assessment, Data Tracking and Analysis

Encouraging effective pedagogy through SoL
Embedding high quality formative feedback; Ensuring consistent classroom deliverance across a department; Ensuring progress for all learners

STEM and Numeracy across the curriculum
Professional learning for your team; Writing an effective SER to inform your DIP; Twelve pedagogical principles from Successful Futures
