ETLF for Teachers – professional learning in practice
The programme is aimed at teachers who want to build on current practice and move towards sustained highly effective practice. Using the ETLF teachers will self-assess against the new professional standards and develop a bespoke Personal Professional Learning Plan (PPLP). Teachers will access a blend of e-learning and live practice teachers which will develop their knowledge of ‘Curriculum for Wales’.
After implementing their PPLP teachers will feedback to their triad at the end of the Summer term.

Teachers will be supported by a participant coach allocated by the school. All participant coaches must attend a briefing session explaining the programme.
