Developing Best Practise in Key Stage 2/3 Transition for Vulnerable Students
The course will focus on existing good practise and share information and case studies for supporting schools to effectively plan transitions for vulnerable pupils. Particularly those who are looked after, have experienced trauma or have attachment difficulties.

• Share knowledge and practise of transition within the region. • How trauma and attachment impact on pupil wellbeing • Plan effective transitions for vulnerable pupils • Case studies which illustrate transitional planning • Shared awareness of current effective practice through presentations and networking with other practitioners directly involved in LAC.
