Primary LLC Leads Network (East)
In response to feedback from Headteachers and teachers across the region, this network will focus on supporting primary leaders of English and literacy from individual schools and those representing clusters of schools. LLC leads (literacy/language co-ordinators) from all primary schools and campuses are invited to attend. The programme will feature a balance of good practice sharing by schools in the region, information sharing by EAS advisers and discussion between LLC leads across Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen.
 
Summer term network programme:
 
• Cross curricular literacy through STEM – sharing practice
• Adaptive NRT assessments update– information sharing by schools
• Supporting school development and evaluation-LLC leads and the new ETLF
• New EAS Foundation Phase reading assessment tool – information sharing
• Pori Drwy Stori update
• Professional Learning Offer 2018-2019 – information sharing
