Programme Content/aims (summary): -

PDG(eFSM) Network Meetings for Lead members of staff (Secondary Only)

Rationale:

The EAS will partially fund a 'Raising Achievement for Disadvantaged Learners' Lead in all secondary schools for 2019/2020 with non-negotiable terms and conditions;
Facilitate half termly professional learning sessions with the nominated Leads in each secondary school with a focus on improving identification, aspirational target setting, provision and progress for all pupils, including those who are disadvantaged;
Support schools to improve their use of school level data and wider learner intelligence so that better informed decisions can be made to improve progress and provision for disadvantaged learners;

Develop school to school work by capturing case studies and sharing good practice from across the region;
Use national and internal research to influence school-based activities and strategies
