Governors should have a good understanding of their school complaints process to ensure that any complaint about the school can be dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.

This course is aimed at school governors who have not previously received training. You may be a member of the Complaints Committee or thinking of being a member and the training will help you to understand the importance of following the proper procedures.

Cluster Network Meeting - Mathematics/Numeracy
Termly network meetings for cluster representatives – the aim being to strengthen school-to-school working within and between clusters, reflecting the regional focus on cluster working in 2018-19.

Emphasis will be placed on disseminating key messages to 36 regional cluster mathematics leads on a termly basis, rather than seeking to engage with 200 co-ordinators each term. In the first instance we will reserve one place per cluster, but this may depend on the size of the cluster.
