This initial training course will prepare a new Educational Visits Co-ordinator (EVC) to fulfil their responsibilities under Monmouthshire County Council and establishment policy and procedures for educational off-site visits and activities and other relevant health and safety legislation.

Primary LLC Leads Network (West)
In response to feedback from Headteachers and teachers across the region, this network will focus on supporting primary leaders of English and literacy from individual schools and those representing clusters of schools. LLC leads (literacy/language co-ordinators) from all primary schools and campuses are invited to attend. The programme will feature a balance of good practice sharing by schools in the region, information sharing by EAS advisers and discussion between LLC leads across Blaenau Gwent and Caerphilly.

Skills Challenge Certificate support programme
The programme of support for Skills challenge Certificate will run throughout the year and will be led by our Leaning Network Schools.

Session 1 – This session will focus on quality assurance processes, data analysis, self-evaluation and departmental improvement planning.
