(Cohort 2) ETLF for Teachers – professional learning in practice

Professional Learning in Practice - creating a culture where every teacher improves. 

The programme is aimedat teachers who want to build on current practice and move towards sustained highly effective practice. Using the ETLF teachers will self-assess against the new professional standards and develop a bespoke Personal Professional Learning Plan (PPLP). Teachers will access a blend of e-learning and observe live practice which will develop their knowledge of ‘Curriculum for Wales’.
