Network meeting focusing on good practice in teaching new specifications. The focus will be on developing skills at KS3 to prepare students for GCSE. The meeting will include sharing good practice. Please could delegates be willing to share: examples of practical projects and design work and examples of assessment.
The role of the link governor for training is outlined in the EAS Getting to know your School: Link Governor Guidance document. The role is developing in line with aspects from the Welsh Governments Professional Learning Model (PLM). Governors are required to progressively build up their knowledge and skills needed to respond to the challenges of governance.
