This has been a priority across our school and will provide an opportunity for you to see how we have developed self and peer assessment within the department.
 
This will include
 
• Use of sentence starters for structured feedback
• Feedback framework and structured powerpoint linked to targets
• Whole class feedback crib sheet (particularly useful when giving feedback on past papers)

LAC PDG Sharing Good Practice and Planning for 2017/18 Event (Cancelled)
The event will showcase the good practise from schools across the region and support schools in planning for the use of the LAC PDG for the 2018/19 year.
 
Schools will present case studies of initiatives or projects that have been funded by the 2016/17 and 2017/18 PDG showing the impact they have had on pupil’s attainment and achievement.

Numeracy Catch-up Network Meeting
The EAS numeracy team will continue to hold an annual network event to support professional development by providing key update meetings throughout the year. This will ensure leaders of mathematics and numeracy are fully informed of national and local priorities and have opportunities to share best practice within the consortium.
 
This half-day meeting aims to provide on-going support and networking opportunities for schools already implementing numeracy catch-up programmes in Foundation Phase and key stage 2.
