Caerphilly: Safeguarding (Cancelled)
Governor training is based on the guidance in the Safeguarding Children in Education document, and the requirements of the ESTYN Inspection Framework. The training is NOT what is delivered to all staff on a rolling 3 year programme of basic CP awareness. Governors are of course welcome to attend those sessions in schools, however Governor training is specific to their role. Heads of Mathematics and Line Manager Network Meeting
These termly meetings provide opportunities for heads of mathematics to focus of good practice and to discuss priorities in the management and development of mathematics within their departments. Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Information Sessions 2018
The EAS has organised information sessions for school support staff and their headteachers to explain the requirements and contents of the Higher Level Teaching (HLTA) Assessment Programme. The programme is free to relevant staff in maintained schools and will take place during the Autumn Term.
